Shipping

This product will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Claims

Unauthorized refusals of shipments will result in payment of all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. If there is damage to a box, you must note it on receiving from UPS or FedEx. Failure to do so can nullify your claim. Call your local UPS or FedEx office for a claim number and keep shipping boxes for inspection.

Returns

This item can not be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect in which case it may be exchanged. Returned merchandise should be in original vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be authorized by AnnabelleStyle.com with the issuance of a Return Authorization number within the date range specified.
